HANDWRITING ANALYSIS
WHAT IS GRAPHOLOGY?
Graphology is a centuries-old widely accepted reliable technique, used in business and criminology worldwide. It provides insight into the writer’s conscious and subconscious motivations.
My field of advanced specialization concentrates on organizational structures, and particularly on recruitment, career planning, coaching and team performances.
HOW DOES HANDWRITING ANALYSIS BENEFIT YOUR ORGANIZATION?
Handwriting analysis assists in identifying candidates that most closely match job requirements. In addition, insights are gained regarding the prospective employee’s ability to fit within the current working environment. It is an effective way to determine the best place for a candidate in your organization, now and in time.
It is an accurate indicator of character traits, state of mind, motivation, current and future behavior. It reveals how the writer feels about self, how they engage with others, with what state of mind they tend to approach tasks and projects. To name a few:
- How do they follow through with a project?
- Are they thorough and organized?
- Are they planners?
- Are they detail oriented?
- Are they motivators?
- Are they innovators or do they prefer existing structures?
- Do they tend to procrastinate?
- Are they focussed or easily distracted?
- How do they relate to others?
- How is their communication?
- Are they team players?
- Are they natural leaders?
- Are they loyal or are there indicators for dishonesty?
- Can they handle confidential information?
- What is their emotional state of mind?
- How do they relate to boundaries for self and others?
- What is their degree of expression of emotions?
- Are they open or close minded?
- What is their opinion of self, compared to the way they wish to present themselves?
- What is their level of self-esteem and confidence or are they overcompensating?
- What is their thought process?
- How do they take in information?
- How are they personally motivated?
- Are there frustrations?
- What are they hiding?
- Are there indications for aggression, suicidal ideations, personality disorders or neurosis?
“Every company has two organizational structures:
The formal one is written on the charts;
the other is the everyday relationship of the individuals in the organization.”
